Health Challenge day1

Today is the day. My 90 day Health Challenge has begun. My starting weight this morning was........... 147.5   We will be doing weigh ins once a week. I am soooooo motivated right now and hope I continue to have the drive. The first week is always the hardest but once I get over the first 7 days, it gets so much easier. I hope to not only lose some weight, but I want to be very tone and fit.
I was going to wait to post my before picture but decided that I have nothing to hide. I am not were I want to be, but will be soon. I just can't believe the difference from how I look today to how I looked last year at this time. NO more excuses, I am so ready to reach my goal and win the weight loss challenge:)

  1. Go Chan! I'm in there with you. I've got these last 20 lbs to lose and hopefully tone and tighten my body. Your motivation is contagious! Keep it up :)

  2. There is NO way you weigh 147! (maybe it's all up top! ;) ) Chan, you look amazing. I wish you wouldn't always be so hard on yourself! I understand about being healthy, but you already look fab and your a very healthy person. You need to give yourself WAY more credit!

  3. Haha, it's true. 147.5 But I do know for sure that 3 of those pounds are "up top" ;) LOL
    Thank you so much for the sweet comments. I do give myself credit. I really do. I have never completly reached my goal/dream and thought "why not now?" Fitness and health is also a hobby of mine. I LOVE it. I also want to show that it can be done if you really want it and if you work hard enough. I am proud of all the hard work I do and I hope others are too:) I also hope that with me doing this, will help others reach their goals and dreams:)
